Steve Sims has been in mortgage lending for 28 years.  He founded Western Fidelity Mortgage in 1990, a company which he grew to 6 branches and 60 employees and was continually listed as one of the top 10 highest producing mortgage banks along the Wasatch Front by The Rocky Mountain Review.

Today Steve is the principle lending manager of the Salt Lake METRO Brnach of Utah Mortgage Loan Corp.  A company that has been in continual operation since 1897.

Steve's 27 year career in mortgage lending includes 16 years as a designated Direct Endorsement Underwriter.  When Steve issues a pre qualification opinion it carries the weight of decades of mortgage evaluation and underwriting experience.
